Wow, what a gastronomic blast you attended. Starting with the line up of Moet&Chandon's fabulous Champagnes.They are among my favourites.I am sure you have tried it, but Domaine Chandon Blanc de Noir is a great bargain bubbly. I don't have your email address, otherwise I would send you my column on Pinot Noir. One last note glad to hear you love your dog and of course you know that all the things you love, like chocolate and the fruit of the vine and to some extent cheese are not good for our canine friends. If you take a look in my archives and the May 22, 2006 entry you'll see my warning about grapes and raisins for our friends. I have bookmarked your blog and will check in regularly to get an update.
