The Pisoni Vineyard, Santa Lucia Highlands, Pinot Noir from Siduri is their flagship Pinot, and rightfully so. The 2004 is full bodied with dark, lush fruit and smooth, silky tannins. One of the best Pinot Noirs I have had from them. Robert Parker gives it a respectable 94 and the Wine Spectator rating is 91. This is a really great Pinot and I truly enjoyed it with a good friend, on its own, over small talk, although it would be a great companion to a meal as well.
